SOCIAL FUNCTIONS The following social functions are planned for the IASEN2013 Symposium. These functions are included in the Symposium Fee for both particpants and accompanying persons. A Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday 1 December at the Lord Charles Hotel. A tour of iThemba LABS will be followed by a Spit-braai (Barbeque) on one of the Symposium days. The Symposium Dinner will be held on Thursday 5 December. An Excursion is planned for one afternoon. More details will be provided in due course. Two mini-excursions will be arranged for accompanying persons - further information to be provided.
